I have passed along your comment to Tina Cordova of the Tularosa Basin Downwinders Consortium, which did stage the demonstration on behalf of all those whose deaths and illnesses appear linked to the Trinity detonation. I am not a New Mexican (although I live close) and did not see any of these news stories until I googled "Trinity protesters". I can almost guarantee that most of the people who saw you protesting dismissed you and did not bother to find out who you were. Based on the shock value of the signs and make-up, I was inclined to do so. Please, please, please, consider finding a better way of disseminating information next year at the Trinity event. I will continue to visit the Trinity site as I believe it is an important historical site, but I'd like to hear all sides of the story.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
